1. DIGITAL NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND EXCLUSION OF REFUNDS

Since deejaytracks.com operates under a purchase mandate model for purely digital and intangible files, all processed transactions are final. Once the user confirms the order and this platform initiates the procurement or downloading process of the file from the original suppliers (such as 7digital or equivalents), the service is deemed executed. Consequently, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. WAIVER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Spanish and European Union regulations on electronic commerce, the 14-day right of withdrawal is not applicable to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium. By checking the acceptance box at the checkout interface, the user explicitly acknowledges and consents to the forfeiture of their right of withdrawal once the download or automated management of the file has commenced.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND CORRUPTED FILES

In the exceptional event that the final file delivered contains a technical defect or data corruption that prevents its correct playback, the user must notify support within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the purchase. deejaytracks.com will proceed solely with the replacement and redelivery of the exact same correct musical file in its original format, with no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.

1. NATURALEZA DIGITAL DEL SERVICIO Y EXCLUSIÓN DE DEVOLUCIONES

Debido a que deejaytracks.com opera bajo un modelo de mandato de compra de archivos puramente digitales e intangibles, todas las transacciones procesadas son definitivas. Una vez que el usuario confirma el encargo y esta plataforma inicia el proceso de adquisición o descarga del archivo ante los proveedores originales (como 7digital u homólogos), el servicio se considera ejecutado. Por consiguiente, no se admitirán cambios, devoluciones ni reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

2. RENUNCIA AL DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO

De conformidad con la normativa española y de la Unión Europea sobre comercio electrónico, el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días no es aplicable al suministro de contenido digital que no se preste en un soporte material. Al marcar la casilla de aceptación en la ventana de pago, el usuario reconoce y consiente expresamente la pérdida de su derecho de desistimiento una vez iniciada la descarga o gestión automatizada del archivo.

3. INCIDENCIAS TÉCNICAS Y ARCHIVOS DEFECTUOSOS

En el caso excepcional de que el archivo final entregado presente un defecto técnico de origen o corrupción de datos que impida su correcta reproducción, el usuario deberá notificarlo al servicio de soporte en un plazo máximo de 7 días naturales desde la compra. deejaytracks.com procederá únicamente a la sustitución y reenvío del mismo archivo musical correcto en su formato original, sin derecho a la devolución del importe abonado.
